Pride Health Institute

– Mesa, Arizona

Dr. Casey Pride is a holistic chiropractor, nervous system specialist, and founder of Pride Health Institute in Mesa, Arizona. He is a Quantum Neurology® Certified Practitioner, Certified in Applied Kinesiology by the International College of Applied Kinesiology, and a Koren Specific Technique Mentor, having taught advanced KST across the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean. Through this specialized training and hands-on expertise, Dr. Pride helps patients restore their body’s natural healing power by focusing on the nervous system—the body’s command center.

Known for his clear communication, calm presence, and sharp diagnostic insight, Dr. Pride has built a reputation for helping patients who have struggled to find answers elsewhere. His signature three-day intake process combines education, neurological testing, and precise chiropractic care to uncover and correct the root causes of dysfunction.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Pride has served as an International Rescue Agent and Rescue Manager for Destiny Rescue, working across Southeast Asia and the Dominican Republic to combat child sex trafficking. This mission-driven work reflects the same passion he brings to his healing practice: a commitment to restoring wholeness where it's been lost.

A lifelong martial artist and former professional drummer, Dr. Pride brings rhythm, discipline, and heart to all he does. He views healing as a multidimensional process—physical, neurological, emotional, and deeply personal.

When you walk into Pride Health Institute, you’re not just getting adjusted—you’re reconnecting to the intelligence that built your body in the first place.

Miriam Uriarte

Miriam’s transformative journey began as she navigated challenges related to postpartum issues and divorce, both rooted in childhood trauma. This experience led her to understand the significant influence of embodied beliefs and mindset on health, emotional stability, and reconnecting with Self. Initially, in 2010, she began working with children, then transitioning to focus on women, and ultimately extending her impact to couples through coaching programs, products, and events. Miriam has assisted numerous individuals worldwide in achieving transformation and is now dedicated to guiding women, families, couples, and leaders.

Miriam is passionate about being an exceptional mother and dedicated most of her time to raising both her children. As they have grown Miriam is motivated to create the change she has experienced and facilitate healing by addressing trauma. She employs a combination of Neuroscience, including nervous system regulation, breathwork, MEMI (Multichannel Eye Movement Integration), somatic experiencing, and visualization techniques to re-pattern neural pathways and foster healing.

She began her academic journey at Arizona State University as an undergrad. She later transferred to the University of Phoenix, where she earned a Master's degree in Community Counseling. Miriam has also completed multiple certifications at the Arizona Trauma Institute and the International Trauma Institute, including Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (since 2015), Neuroscience for Clinicians, Trauma and Addiction, and Sex Trafficking and Sex Industry Exploitation: specialized training in understanding the multidimensional needs of victims of sex trafficking and exploitation. Additionally, she is a Certified Trauma and Resilience Life Coach, a designation she earned in 2021. Miriam continued coaching forums with the Embodied Feminine Woman Institute in 2018 and obtained certification as a TCS coach through the Training Camp of the Soul in 2021.
